Over 2 days on the sacred ground of Gettysburg, participants step into an immersive, high-impact program that fuses timeless battlefield lessons with the modern challenges firefighters face today. The experience strengthens judgment, sharpens decision-making & elevates organizational culture through real, tested leadership - not theory. Guided in the field by a Licensed Battlefield Guide & retired USMC Colonel, students engage in a powerful “Staff Ride” that brings decisive moments to life.
